Jonathan P. Miller

Jonathan P. Miller recently moved back to Wilmington, North Carolina from Pennsylvania. He attended The Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and graduated from Duke University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2000. Jonathan currently concentrates his practice in the area of Social Security Disability, long-term disability, worker's compensation, and medical/legal issues of disability.

He is currently licensed to practice before all the courts of the North Carolina Judicial System, the Eastern District of the United States District Court of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is also currently licensed to practice before all courts of justice in Pennsylvania, in the Middle District of the United States District Court of Pennsylvania, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
